The Problem with Brian being away
Is that I run out of dog food forks long before I fill the dishwasher.
Bummer.
Oh well, home alone for the weekend with 5 snoring dogs, nothing for it but to light the fire, and put my feet up, it's Fiday night after all.

Lucky you! Getting to be home before a fire with a pile of dogs for the whole weekend! I am envious as I have to dash off to work in about half an hour (my 6th straight day of work....grumble...). It's supposed to be a lovely, albeit cold, day here today, but I will miss that and, instead, will be home tomorrow for a major nasty ice storm (will the Ridgeback Princess go outside in that? I think not). Enjoy!
